Uploading iPod to a new iTunes help?????/

Windows XPMy sign on and then "other" to choose from when strating up PC.The iTunes in "Other" has everything but under "my name" iTunes is emptyBought Tune Tools and it could not be more confusing.Anybody know how to get the iTunes from "other" over to my sign on?Or:Has anyone used Tune Tools to upload their iPod to anohter iTunes acct?Any help is GREATLY appreciated.

    Try going to Store> Authorize Computer.

    Unless I'm confused over what you're talking about.
