Price check: Romeo & Rhyme (NWA-R)

I picked up a Romeo & Rhyme 12" over the weekend with the tracks "Comin Up Short" and "Nothin but a Fan," the latter being an NWA diss track. Google found a little info on them, but not much in the way of value. I'm wondering if this is worth anything or just a novelty item.
