    Apparently a few countries doing this re: Kissinger shook his ass -- and, at the very least, motions like this one confront political leaders with the fact that many, many people have processed the terrible deeds they've done and view them as criminals.

    Short of real justice ever being served, there'd be some small satisfaction in seeing the US dotted with cities, towns, and counties that various members of the Bush administration couldn't travel to for fear of warrants being served.
