no there was a small one pressing print run. It actually goes for loot on ebay now.

yeah i was fortunate to have bought it at the time, then my cousin wanted a copy and he had to resort to ebay (60 U$ at the time).
there were 500 copies pressed apparently, so your best bet is still ebay.

ok, with the mention above of vol2 , it only being released last year and buying it for $60 which is very cheap for vol1 ,I just thought we were talking vol2
