Spectrum City/Public Enemy

Is this: http://www.discogs.com/release/759007just a reissue of this original song: http://www.discogs.com/release/51178 ?I have the Hollywood Basic 12" with Scarface on the flip, but I've never heard the Spectrum City Vanguard joint. I guess that one is the first Public Enemy song? The Hollywood Basic version defintiely sounds like it oculd have come from 1984.

the Vanguard is the original in '84 w/two tracks + inst/dubs. The Hollywood Basic is just because they used that song on a soundtrack they did then, forgot which movie. I was lucky enough to scoop up doubles of the Spectrum City 12"...haven't seen it anywhere since, so don't think it's very easy to come by...
