My wife and I recently moved form Seattle to Indy and one of the bug things was, "I hope they have Pho." Over here nobodies heard of it, but there's this Chinese spot next to my job that's actually ran by a Vietnamese family. So, I walked up in there and asked if they had Pho. The guy almost kissed me because I asked for something that wasn't "Geenn-er-al teee-so's chicken." That ish was off the HOOK!!! Made my wife's and my day with that ish.
