Goin to the city today for a dig trip, got groove merchant, amoeba, and all the goodwills on the list. Anyone got any recommendations for some spots for jazz n soul spots? thanks.

    I gotta leave, but think this might be worthwhile thread to check when I get back from my errands...this thread has all the elements, even unwarranted graemlin usage..could be a good one...

    sounds like you got it about right. I'd stick to the dollar bins at amoeba, unless you want rap 12"s for cheap. If you hit up GM, go to rookies down the block, across the street, down haight a block or two. there are plenty of shops around, the yellow pages/google are your friend.

    there are also plenty of dealers around here, but I'll let them step forward and do their thing if they want to.
