You're joking right? If anything that dude is the total opposite of one trick pony. Him, and most of the rest of Tilt Mode are some of a slim few in skateboarding that keep it "Innovative and New" as the chef would say. "Coming Provocative".
If going big and being rad is one trick, then you're right.

Mullen does some amazing shit, but sometimes it's more like some
carnival sideshow acrobatics instead of skating.
Just my opinion.
I've always been a fan cool lines and interesting terrain
over seeing a million variations of skating the same ledge (ie Mike York's part, technically
killer but kinda boring).
this is one of my homies from high school. perhaps not on the same level, but it starts off at one of the spots we used to skate all the time when we were 14, and it gets better as it goes. kid's got style for sure.

ive had this discussion many many times and i have mad respekt for mullen but dude is boring! HE DOES SOME DOPE SHIT! BUTTT id rather see someone cruise hit a bump and then a bs flip a huge gape in a line than mullen combining 18 tricks and makin a skateboard look like a pogo stick

I thought the same thing back in 1990, but after much dismissal and time the technique is untouchable by any typical skater. All we ever see is Mullen doing the carnival tricks, and never the high speed schitt. We know he can do it, but never will others attempt his tricks. Darkslides, wheelslides, inverted tailslides you can't fuck with.
