looking for a good, simple program for making mixes out of mp3 tracks. don't need anything too complicated, i just want to be able to match beats, cut-and-paste sections of songs, and output into a seamless track. all standard features i imagine...tried searching online a bit, but was quickly overwhelmed by all the programs out there, and quite honestly I'm too impatient to try to sift through it all when i know the knowledge is here... there's probably an old thread on this too, but haven't had any luck finding it yet, so maybe one of you could refer me there.thanks.

I used to do an online radio show and I used a program called MixMeister that did beatmatching and seamless transitions from one track to another.

Audacity is a open source software that is good for such things

but theres more of a learning curve. im still looking for a free version though.
