    have you seen her promo spots on mtv? The ones where she's singing on the stoop with her friends doing backup are

    especially you don't know my name. She's one of those people that you see on talk shows and it makes you realize how talented she is.

    I can't find a video of it, but she was on Carson Daly's show a few years back and she sat at the piano and talked about her influences and played them as she mentioned them. She did Marvin Gaye's Trouble Man and it was hot.
