Bullet 45 Adapters in Tokyo?

A friend of mine is heading to Tokyo next week and I wanted him to pick up a few 45 adapters. Anyone know where he could buy the metal (aluminum) bullet shaped adapters and the nice plastic colored adapters?Any help would be great, thanks!

    Muro's store would probably carry those, SAVAGE in Shibuya.

    either that, Disk Union in Shinjuku, they sell vinyl accessories on G/F.

    They have these ones:

    at JetSet for like three bucks a pop.

    Thanks guys, I remember Savage had the wooden adapters but they were pretty expensive. I do recall Disk Union and another chain store had the plastic inserts but not the plastic cone shaped adapters.
