WOOL CLEANING (KANGOL RELATED)

I have a white wool Kangol, which according to the tags, cannot be cleaned by conventional ways. Any help?

Soak and handwash with Woolite and tepid water, then carefully squeeze the hat between two towels to draw out excess water. Dry the hat over a balled up towel and periodically wear the hat while it is drying - this seems to reduce[/b] shrinkage. Good luck.
