Yeah, he's currently shooting in Africa (a mini-series about the Middle East for next fall HBO, I think), but supposedly the New Orleans script is done and maybe HBO has even committed.

That whole thing with Marimow cracked me up. "I've got two pulitzers, what does Simon have?" Yep, sounds like Marimow.
