Anyone heard the promo for the new Cunninlynguist joint ???Dirty Acres???? I just cant stop playing it and will purchase as soon as it drops.They might have one of the wackest names in hip hop but the music they have been making over the years is some of the best around IMO.I feel these guys have been holding it down for years from the boom-bap of their early 12???s to the beauty of ???a piece of strange??? and now this joint ???Dirty Acres???.Am I right in saying Cunninlynguists are one of those crews that are bigger in Europe than in the US.

    They're not wildly popular here, but they have a loyal fan base.

    I've heard the album and I like it. Sounds like old Outkast, but more serious and reflexive -- in a good way, and without being too imitative. It flows very nicely from start to finish, as well. I agree the name's corny as hell, and I've found their past output to be a mixed bag, but this one works for me.
