Convert an MP3 to Mono?

you boys must know about this stuff:I recorded a mix as an MP3 but it only picked up one channel of the mix... i.e. the whole mix only comes out of one speaker. How can I convert it to Mono? I appreciate if some of the instruments have been panned hard left or right could be diminshed but sod it, I need it in both speakers...I've uploaded the file if someone wants to have a go? It is a 500MB Rar file though!

    Cool Edit Pro: right click on the channel you got right and copy that shit.
    Open a new "stereo" file. Right click and "paste". You will see a "converting mono to stereo" thing and then you'll have a stereo file with the same thing on both channels.
