Chargebacks on GEMM?

Our shop recently started selling on there. Anyone ever been chargebacked on a Gemm order? The process would take longer for the scammer, but it doesn't seem like it would be that tough to do if they wanted to.

    I'm not sure what you mean by charge back but I know they charge me 15% on everything I order through them. Supposedly its to "protect" the buyer.

    Only once in 3 years of selling on there.

    Although it is theoretically easier than ebay, it seems to happen far less. I think this is porimarily because on gemm, you often operate as a seller and a buyer and once you fuck up in one area of that, you will eventually be barred from doing either.

    They do have warnings about dodgy customers on there from time to time.

    Also, the 15% charge is nothing to do with protecting the customer! It's just how they make their money!
