I hear Vitamin E mentioned all the time. Waht's good by this group? I know nothing abotu them. Are they on that black rock tip or are they a different sound entirely?ThanksLil dude

    Vitamin E!!! Are you talking about the group that put out an album on BUDDAH records??? They were straight soul!!!!

    Oh really? I thoguht they did somethign funky? Did they only put out one album on Buddah then?

    Check out Vitamin E's 12 inch on Buddah w/ "Kiss away" B/W Laughter in the rain"... they also as already mentioned had one LP on Buddah called "Sharing" which is ok but not my thing.
