Mac Recording Programs

yeah i probably should do a search first but either someone will post it or give me the lowdown on what mac program i should either download or buy for recording vinyl. just got a new computer with 160gigs which is way better than the 10gig one i was previously working on all these years. its finally time for me to record all my bay area stuff so i can share it with the world... help!
