    Damn, I knew they could use your cellphone as a tracking device, but to listen in even when the phone is off???? Where the fuck has our right to privacy gone?

    That's kinda worthless though, isn't it? It's hard enough to hear people who are on the phone talking to you, much pick out voices and identify people through a conversion being record from one's pocket or something. Just sounds like some big brother scare tactic bullshit. Kinda like the terror alert.
