SHIT! Frozen Ipoddie

Had my Ipod on in the ride and that shit froze on me.It was 8:55am and now it's 11:25am and the shit is still on and frozen.Will the battery eventually run out and turn off? That is what I'm thinking.Please don't say I need to buy another one??? It's stuck on Chollo Rivera's "Latin Soul Drive Is Here" if anyone asks.
