    Lots of peppers.

    ribs [shameful]maybe, I just started to try em[/shameful], blackbean burgers, HOT WINGS!!!!^^&&*&!!!!!

    This is the recipe(ingredients) I will try to follow for the ribs:

    Sticky Spicy Ribs[/b]


    For ribs
    2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons paprika (not hot)
    1 1/2 teaspoons chipotle chile powder
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    2 (2-lb) racks baby back ribs

    For sauce
    1 1/2 cups chopped onion (from 1 large)
    6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped peeled fresh ginger
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 1/2 cups ketchup
    1/2 cup cider vinegar
    6 tablespoons soy sauce
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    3/4 teaspoon black pepper



    and cooked on wood, of course!

    We'll be grilling up shishkabob with beef, shrimp, potato, onion, and tomato
    with a big pile of cajun seasoning.
    more cajun stuff with some boudain on the smoker,
    some very nice Czech sausage,
    and probably some asparagus and corn on the cob
    for the vegetarian brigade.

    and a trash can full of Lone Star.

    Im not a big pork eater, but the ribs I had were pork, and I liked it. Hmmmm...maybe I'll do both. Fuck it, too complicated...

    probably just some simple burgers and dogs.

    maybe some baked beans n all that side dish jazzmatazz.

    i'll be sipping on some brew and listening to Deodato - Super Strut[/b] and other summery tunes

    I can't get with Tofurky on Thanksgiving, but anyone else feeling their beer brats?
