    unfortunately this case wont get the publicity it deserves to bring verdicts to other cases like emmet till, its a shame...

    Yeah, they announced the exhumation as breaking news on the New York Times website...Probably not considered "news" for your average Fox News viewer, though.

    if it makes you feel better he probably would have been sucking out medacaid dollars if he wasn't convicted.



    I too feel kind of let down by this. I thought the idea of imprisoning someone was to take away their freedom. This guy got 40 years of lovely life as an American citizen and now in his golden age he's gonna spend maybe a couple of years in prison before he kicks off. Its not like the civil rights workers had the option of saying "you can kill us, but can you do it 4 decades from now when were in our final stages of life"
