Came across this weird DeWolfe related LP on the Sylvester label. Funky organ jazz with the only the name W. Warren listed on the songwriting credits.Cover is pretty generic with a DeWolfe sticker taped to it.Is this a generic cover used for more than one LP??Anyone hip to this??

The one you have there, is pretty rare. And not a stock cover at all.
Early Sylvester covers were some of the better designed library covers going.
Later stock cover, looked like this.
Thanks for the info.....any idea who W. Warren is???
Walter Warren was an alias for James de Wolfe

The dude who created that site, Sermad, used to post here quite a bit. That was before the British flight from Soul Strut to Vinyl Vulture. He has since been replaced by posters like obscure_addict, who have never heard of the Sylvester label and are happy to let you know it.
Colonial bias.
yet you're happy to accept that know-nothing Americanos are ruining it???
Natter Exodus, replaced by Jibber-Jabber...
Strutters will be BEGGING for the return of Dolo!!!
