    it appears to be an OST for a made-for-TV movie. artist is kenichi hagiwara.

    Oh Snap! That is a dope record. The main theme is real dope. I have that joint and I also have another version of the theme from another Japanese LP as well.

    I know it says Hagiwara up there, but I think he just (despite having been in the band PYG) starred in the show. He was also in TAIYO NI HOERO.
    The music is by Yanagi George, and his Nadja Band.
    It was NHK drama that aired around 1977. I think it was about bike racing?
