A program for adding track marks to a mix (MAC R)

Hey Guys:Anyone know a a "free"*winkwink* program for the Mac where I can add trackmarks to an already existing mix? Just something where I can import a file and add what I need.

    I use Amadeus Pro. Can load up a big ass aiff/wav/mp3 file, drop in trackmarks, then press a cd, all-in-one.

    Use Audacity, mark your tracks, and export with markers, hey presto, tracks marked.
