Divshare Alternatives?

Whats a good alternative to divshare for uploading mp3's? I want to be able to post the flash player like divshare allows you to and also have the option to download and share. Divshare is acting up on me. I'm trying to upload an mp3 that is 180mb(they say you can upload up to 200mb) everytime i upload it and play it back it plays back sped up really fast, I contacted support and they said this problem has been happening in other flash players as well not only theirs, and to try and re-incode the mp3. I re-incoded it but still it's not working properly. Anybody else run in to this problem?Help Please!-n
