New postage rates (ebay related)

I know I saw another post about this but I couldn't find it so....NEW POSTAGE RATES in effect soon. I am listing stuff on ebay and trying to figure out what I need to change. Does anyone know the deal? I heard they are getting rid of surface rate for international orders. Are there any postal workers up in here? Here are my current ebay rates:- USA, $6 priority or $4 media rate.- CANADA, $7 airmail.- EUROPE, $13 airmail or $8 surface mail.- JAPAN, FAR EAST and AUSTRALIA, $15 airmail or $8 surface mail. I checked usps.gov and got confused. I think I can just up everything by about $1 and get rid of the surface option..??Has anyone redone their ebay rates yet?
