    other than the Dj john those are all pretty much no big deal in my opinion

    always hated that VU cover.. looked like they just sent in the spec to some random dude in the art dept who had no idea who the band was and said "make us something trippy for the kids"

  • I have a real soft spot for that late-60's/early 70's stuff. Reminds me of some Milton Glaser stuff...

    yeah i was gonna mention that dudes stuff reminds me alot of glasser / push pin...

    another super dated look, that again for the most part looks like they had no idea who the artist in question they were desinging for was.

    the dr. john is one of my favourite covers ever.... and i think the aretha one is real classy
