    tracy morgan killed it. that tommy j trailer was hilarious.

    rest of the episode was kinda weak compared to the rest of the season though, IMO. still the best TV show now (READ: lost is crack)

    While I agree that Morgan his hysterical, the heart of the show is Baldwin. At this point whenever he comes on screen I just start laughing.

    I would start with "Tracy Does Conan" which to me is by far the best episode (although all of them are real strong). Baldwin just murders in that one. And "The "C" Word" is a great example of how edgy it can be.

    yeah alec baldwin really came out of nowhere! his role in the departed was equally good and his lines in 30rock are the best!

    pilot to about 3 episodes in will get you hooked. each episode slightly builds on the previous.

    this show is excellent. I'm glad they finally put it after The Office, hopefully the ratings will improve. Alec Baldwin is genius every week...actually the whole cast is. And so well written.
