The other morning I heard a local right wing talkshow host go on and on about how dull Eric Clapton was in concert the night before. This afternoon, I was rollin' with Rush when Outta Space came on as bumper music. I know he starts his show with The Pretenders (My City Was Gone), but it kinda freaked me out when I heard Billy Preston. This got me to wondering what do the Rushes, Hannities & Coulters of the world listen to when they want to get their groove on? Between reading scripture, unloading at the firing range & spewing xenophobic rants, where does one find the time for music?
