English Konkani (language of Goans from India)...its kind of a hybrid between portuguese and maharti or hindi...not too many goans around to communicate with so i decided to take up spanish...i'm gonna enroll in a course soon and im watching simpsons, futurama, big lebowski, super troopers and office space in spanish with english subtitles. After that I want to learn french.
ps, trying to learn spanish so far has given me appreciation of broken english and why broken english sounds the way it does....non north americans say things in a reverse order(from us) i guess?, dont know how to phrase it properly. i guess the verb comes first or something.
