More stupid questions from me about posting audio

So yeah - I have worked out how to use audacity to record vinyl onto my computer, and I have also worked out how to make it into an MP3 file. So the next step is hosting the fole and then posting it on my blog.1. Where can I get audio files hosted for free? We're talking about snippets of songs, not whole tracks.2. What's the code of imbedding a file into my blogspot page? I'm terrible at this kind of stuff!

    Divshare and Zshare are the hot ones right now, the only ones that are free and let you preview the file. Divshare has an embedded player as well.

    Ok divshare was easier than toasting bread to use.

    But now I'm kinda stuck - every time I try to put the file in the page it comes up wither saying URL itself or with some ugly code - i want to be able to have the name of the song appear but make it a link to the actual file - I think what I need to know is the HTML code - i thought it was simple wlike with the forum eg [url=http.. and so forth, but it doesn't work like that.

    Can anyone make this simple for me please?
