it opens with an enlightening article/interview with britney from a couple years back. its all about how britney always maintains her innocence, even while dancing around barely clothed with a huge snake or having people lick sweat off of her while singing "i'm a slave 4 u..." he suggests she is the object of america's endless fascination because of her refusal to break the 4th wall and admit to her sexuality. for instance, her explanation of her first video was that she was just dressing up, dancing around, and having fun, yeall. anyway, its interesting to think back to that piece amidst this nani-flashing, head-shaving, rehab-bouncing behavior. anyone else read it?
I think there's a less "crazy" reason for her decision to shave it all off. Supposedly she and FedX had recently had another fight about custody and he threatened to ask a court to take a sample of her hair to test for drug use, thus she went for the clippers. My father works in narcotics and sees this tactic all the time. If she's concerned about losing custody then destroying evidence of drug use is fairly "sane."
