You sound white.I'm talking Hcrinkish levels of whiteness.Who would you count as your influences, faux?At fifteen, I myself belonged to an allegedly experimental noise band, which was really just a cover for the fact that none of us could play anything except for the one dude whose mother was always making him come home for piano lessons. We would spend about forty minutes banging on things in his garage and then listen to the playback, and all agree that our sound was "really coming together".Ah, youth.

Einsturzende Neubauten (sp?)--I saw them perform live when I was a high school freshman.
Was it not clear from the PM that nobody in the group played anything?
Assorted percussion instruments a/k/a pots and pans. And, yo, we had a DJ in the crew.
Faux, you never told me you were in a band.
This would be like if I never told you that I gave out legal advice
to my black friends in high school.
I wanted to believe that this was just a metaphor:
Only in the loosest sense.
The ratio of time spent "practicing" versus time spent thinking up ridiculous names was about 20/80.
Soulstrut's next (first?) reissue project?!?
Take that shit to weirdrecordsthatsuck.com.
YES!
(quick, someone photoshop a bear into a leather outfit)
I guess I really need to check in more often.
