7 Fahrenheit in Richmond tonight. i need some downward comparisons to make me feel better. from the south and not a fan of the coldness.also, what do you like to listen to when you're cooped up in the house?i get into some string quartets. Schubert right now.

    It's an amazing 6 degrees here in Michigan.....wind chil of -15 So damn cold that schools were closed so the little ones wouldn't have to freeze at the bus stop

    I guess I should feel lucky that it is supposedly 12 right now in Albany. I thought moving South would warm me up, apparently that is faulty logic.

    its about 8 f out here with a -15 windchill. I had to goto court this morning and i thought i was gonna die just walking into the courthouse. I havent left the house since then. Sitting around watching bootlegs of The Departed and Casino Royale.

    hell yeah. that movie was ill. I also just saw The Island earlier and that is seriously one of the better movies Ive seen in a long time. This bond movie though kind of sucks. halfway thru it now and im pretty disappointed.

    a balmy 15 in boston...imma go lie down on the ice sheet that is the front lawn, and curl my toes in the snow. Watch all the pretty girls walk by with their parkas and hoods on....mmm. Wintertime and the livin' is easy.

    dont get me started, im in upstate NY and we havent cracked 10 degrees for a high in over a week. below zero with very high winds most nights. and I got 40" of snow in the last 24 hours. shoveling in the gale force wind is a beyotch!

    we had an easy december, i guess its payback time.

    i tried to shovel a path down the driveway to get to the mailbox:


    i eventually made it (only to discover no paper, no mail service!) but there was no driving going on till the plow guy showed up later. that stuff was past my knees, and it all came down in 1 day.

    yo i dont know the numbers, but everywhere i went, motherfuckers were RUNNING down the streets like it was raining. we got some cold thats burning any exposed piece of skin. did the whitehouse put napalm in this fucking weather or what???? shit is ridiculous.

    I'll enter the -12 degrees F we have in Milwaukee right now. Burrrrrrrrr!!!!! It's so cold, the dog pisses and shits quickly and hurries inside (and she looooves snow).

    My town is the pussiest town when it comes to winter weather. We recently got 3-5 inches of snow and the mayor shut down the entire downtown district. As in mandatory evacuation.

    44 F in Seattle right now and I was COLD coming home from work. 54 F tomorrow. The older I get, the less I can deal with the cold. I don't know how you folls live where it REALLY gets cold.
