I like cheese.....I like string cheese. Sometimes I don't have the patience to pull each string individually so i just chomp down on it. I like jalapeno cheese with my tofurkey sandwhich. Jalapeno cheese bread is what's up as well.I remember back in grammar our school cafeteria used to this thick cheese sticks that where pretty bomb.I also like this sort of moist cheese you can find at a lot of latino markets. Great with tortillasFeta cheese is good, but i prefer it on Greek salads.I also like those little cheeses that come wrapped in foil. Baby-bell? Those are what's up.I like Tuna Melts with the aforementioned jalapeno cheese. The blue cheese stuff looks like toe jam.

lol, A couple of years ago I became lactose intolerant. It sucks because I used to love cheese, but alas I like not having a fucked up stomach more than cheese. Anyway, thank god I can eat aged cheese and goat cheese because they do not have lactose.
My current favorites are:
Romano
Parmesan
Drunken Goat Cheese
Plain Chev (Goat Cheese)
Aged Gouda (anything over 2 years)
5 year old Cheddar
Cheese I miss most:
Gorgonzola
Camembert
Mozzarella
Sho is!!
Munster...I likes the Munster.

my moms has this problem but she figured out what cheeses she could eat with the quickness.
PM me if your interested in other cheese options. I went over to her place and we made pizzas from the scratch the other day and I know one of the cheeses used was mozzarella and it was off the hook. I think it was buffalo mozz.

Humboldt Fog![/b]
A goat cheese made by Cypress Grove Chevre in peacefulrotation's hometown, Arcata.
Our signature offering, Humboldt Fog?? is an elegant, soft, surface ripened cheese. The texture is creamy and luscious with a subtle tangy flavor. Each handcrafted wheel features a ribbon of edible vegetable ash along its center and a coating of ash under its exterior to give it a distinctive, cake-like appearance. An American Original!
I think "vegetable ash" is short for "weed dust."
holy shit that made my day

if you like coke and and bum sex....well, coke.
The pedant in me couldn't resist.
Wensleydale isn't Danish. It's from Wensleydale. Cheese not made in Wensleydale but called Wensleydale shouldn't be called Wensleydale. As with Cheddar, or Brie etc etc.
The cheese lover in me can not resist creamy cheeses too, as well as crumbly ones, like Stilton.
