    my buddy went to amsterdam in college and came back raving about fries w/ mayonaisse. i took it one step further and would mix ketchup w/ mayo for a russian dressing type dipping sauce. tastes great but obviously not healthy. i dont even eat fries anymore.

    mayo on fries is def. the shit. I also like sour cream on ranch style fries.

    I was in amsterdam for a minute and would regularly go to these shops that offered fries and your choice from 40 different sauces. the Samaurai sauce was my favorite. kind of ketchup-meets-creamy-curry with little kick to it.

    cheese is always good on fries.


    brown mustard......cocktail sauce.......


    im not too much a fan of ketchup by itself.

    Basically, nobody else but Quebecers have any right posting in this thread. We have poutine & cause we're all fany euro like, we've been putting all kinds of shit on out fries for years. We've got high end french fry spots, like Frites Alors & Mondofrites. They gots 10 different kinds of flavored mayo. Different spots also have different frying philosophies. Some age the potatoes for added sweetness, others double fry for that Belgian fry effect. We have this on lock.

    Anyone ever fuck with A+ Alex's on Telegraph. Yeah I know it's the college person depot, but they got the BOMB BAKED FRIES with some type of special sauce that's awesome. Couple that with the fact you can get the fries, a drink, and a bangin' veggie patty burger for like 4 bucks is whats up. I try and hit this place everytime I'm on telegraph avoiding crusties and cornballs.

    There's a spot here in Cincinnati called Pleasant Ridge Chili



    a real dive of a place, but they got the best gravy and cheese fries!
