yeah the only damage you can do to yourself is by suffocation due to note getting oxygen, but thats if like you had a tank hooked up to your face with no oxygen to cut it. You can also injure yourself from passing out or blacking out.
Ive done everything on that list and much much more. For about 15 years, my life revolved around drugs. From crack to dust to mush to acid to e to molly to barbiturates to speed/amphetamines to k to every form of painkiller on this planet ranging from phenyl patches to dope and oxy. Ive seen some real horror stories and tragedies. I still smoke pot daily which is starting to make me burnt out and messing with my health, but i dont mess with hard shit at all anymore. I take the occasional pill but no hard shit. I have moved past that point in my life. Things are going good for me and i really dont ever want to have to go thru any withdrawals or all the other shit associated with long term drug abuse ever again. Not fun at all. I want to become fully sober, but wherever i go herb is a blazin so its hard to abstain.

I've done enough acid in my life to know that i never want to touch that shit again. Lost a few friends to speed to know that shit kills. Fucked around with coke to know that it dosn't last long enough and is way too fuckin expensive. Smoked enough herb to realise it makes me paranoid. Seen enough smackies and meth heads to know not to go down that road.The only thing i take anymore are pills and even then a only a couple of times a year and with good friends other wise the buzz ain't the same. Along the list of other things i've tried are nitrous bulbs (like peaking off acid for 2mins), Mescalin( crazy trip for like 16 hours), Valium (i fell the fuck asleep. Thats about it. Drugs are fun and all but being clean and sober is pretty much the best high you can have.
