    Clearly meant to prevent *ahem* unscrupulous sellers from *cough* offering records to the second highest bidders.

    Ha! I thought about what happened this summer, and how this policy change would prevent it from happening again, and it still made me mad. In fact, I'm mad right now.

    I think we determined that it's a automatic trigger once an item reaches the $200 mark.
