She was always a little wooden, I thought, but usually pretty enough onscreen to make you overlook her shortcomings as an actress. She'd never have been truly convincing playing the stronger, more hard-faced roles that Regina King handles so well. She's still very easy on the eye though, and definitely worth catching in King Of New York
