Pro-Tools help needed (adding track dividers..)

Some folks:I'm at my boys crib and he just pro-tool'd a mixtape I did, but we can't figure out how to put track dividers in the mix.ANY HELP PLAESE

command E or go to file - separate region.

I'd bounce it down in protools with a slight limiter, then master it and seperate regions in peak.

then export each region as a seperate wav/aiff/whatever from the audio bin (or select region and hit shift + option + 3 on the number pad, or shift + option + K.. not sure which one is. by the way i hate protools)
