what is the perc break being used on saturday night??im not talking bout the magnolias sample...im talkin bout the other cowbell shit!!

    I think that was from the drum machine they had at the studio...
    I remember reading (rakim told me was the book i think)that they didn't have the same DM they usually used (something about D's mom tearing his room up, lol) so they had to make do with the one that was at the studio- which apparently had a lot of percussion sounds...
