eBay invoicing.. help?

Anybody else have problems using the invoice function? No matter what I enter for the shipping fee it keeps telling me that it's invalid, which keeps me from being able to complete the process. So I'm forced to send out individual e-mails, which kind of sucks..Am I missing something real obvious here?

Ebay will only let you use the contact member function 10 times in 24 hrs, to
prevent spam I suppose.
I fully use it to tell people who have bid on the same item previously that I
have one on Ebay currently, in case they missed it.
I've had some very happy bidders win auctions after I hipped them to my stuff.
