    As Midwest soul cities go Milwaukee isn't lavished the props that Detroit and Chicago regularly receive. But Brewtown's not only responsible for a slew of fine artists and superb records from back in the day, it's also home to some of the most revered deep funk DJs and vintage soul music documentarians out there today. Enter Andy Noble, co-owner of Lotus Land Records - the beloved storefront/on-line outpost (and more recently esteemed reissue label) that's been supplying an extremely loyal clientele (which includes more than a few internationally known bigwig jocks & folks in this here board) with the finest in deep funk, rare modern soul and deep disco, and other in-demand vinyl artifacts for several years now.

    As one of the resident selectors at Milwaukee's three-years-and-running monthly party The Get Down, Andy also knows a thing or two about keeping a floor moving. So please join us as we celebrate the inaugural Bumpshop visit of one of Milwaukee's best.
