microwave clarification

I read in a previous post that you can record your set within microwave. I searched the user forum and couldnt find anything on it. can a fellow microwave user drop knowledge on this? I have been recording out of my mixers second output into my mic in jack on my laptop and it sounds booty. I want a better solution.thanks in advance
