I agree with lots of the films that should have made the list - I'm fond of John Carpenter's "Big Trouble In Little China" too.
Re: Carry on Cleo - it was one of a few films from the "Carry On..." series, the funniest for me was actually "Carry on Follow That Camel" with Phil Silvers basically playing Bilko in the French Foriegn Legion. The strength of the film series lay not in the plots, or the budgets, but in the amazing chemistry between the principle actors who appeared in all the the best Carry On stuff. Kenneth Williams, Jim Dale, Sid James (the man with the[/b] dirtiest laugh in the history of the world), Barbarra Windsor and a host of others made the series what it was, which was a kind of double entendre camp farce.
