design heads; good vector resources??

Im working with a school-project and I need to know where I can find good vector file resources for programs like illustrator and freehand.The real thing is to do all the tracing myself, but my deadline is soon.I have been to deviant art. Some good "vector-packs" there, but I need more. Anyone know any other sites with this stuff? I need buildings and cities.Thank you soulstrut.
