mix upload help

i got this mix that is an itunes file. what would be the best site to use for uploading, to post it in fourms???or is there a different/better way???Its like an hour long and it all one track. ive never done it before so i have no idea what to do...thanks for helping

    megupload is a bit better..
    fastest speed i get is on rapidshare.com

    rapidshare sucks because because they have multiple dl limits (ie if you dl a mix, and for some reason it stalls or your browser lockes up, you have to wait an hour to dl again).

    i have no prolbems with megaupload, except for the fact that its interface is SUPER wack, and it may require registration

    sendspace dl rates arent THAT bad. calling a dl rate of 20 min for a 100mb file crappy is straight

    plus if you register with sendspace (free) you can track how many people dl it. and im pretty sure its stays up there forever (i think techinically its 7 days after the last dl) but ive had files up for 3 months now that are still active.
