Video patch bay/router or similar device?

Is anybody familiar with a device that I could use to run all of my AV shit (dvd, vhs, xbox, cable box) through that would have a remote switch to toggle between them? Basically, I need to run all that shit through something with a toggle function to output each one to the one rca video input on my projector. That way, I can use all of that stuff with a projector without plugging and unplugging shit everytime i want to change a device. Lemme know what you know. This seems like something obvious, I just don't know what it would be called. Thanks.
