Michel Clement et son orchestre

Anyone know anything about an (I presume) orchestral arranger called Michel Clement ?I guessing that???s a French name but the thing is this guy only ever pops up on Japanese Screen Music records (covers of movie theme hits). He choose some good tunes to cover too Black Belt Jones being my personal favourite.I???ve googled but there appears to be no info on this guy, so I wonder if anyone has any non-Japanese (or Korean) records by him?I???m thinking its possible he is just a made up name and the tunes where really done by some studio musicians, or maybe he was really a French guy who just scored lots of work in Japan?I???ve asked a couple of French record guys about him and they have never heard of him?Anyone got any info?
